In the afternoon of March 28th, Mr.Wang Kai, President of China Academy of Urban Planning&Design (CAUPD) and Mr. Zheng Degao, Vice President of CAUPD, were invited to hold online talks with Mr. Jakob Linulf, Consul General of the Danish Consulate General in Shanghai, and Mr. Jesper Herold Halle, Consul General of Commerce.

The meeting was chaired by Vice President Zheng Degao. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on practical cooperation in areas such as urban planning, architectural design, and human settlement environment governance. Mr Wang Kai exchanged opinions with the other party on research and practice related to urban renewal, old city revitalization, low-carbon community construction, green infrastructure, and urban aging adaptation. Consul General Lin Lang stated that he will play a good role as a bridge and link, actively build communication platforms, promote close cooperation between relevant Danish institutions, enterprises, and CAUPD, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the living environment in China and Denmark.

The heads of departments such as the Comprehensive Office, Science and Technology Department, Economic Management Department, Chief Engineers Office, and Shanghai Branch of China Academy of Urban Planning&Design, as well as the team members of the Danish Consulate General in Shanghai, jointly attended the meeting.
