Chen Zhongbo is the Party Secretary of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design. He holds a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Chongqing Jianzhu University. He has held various positions, including Principal Staff Member, Assistant Researcher, Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center, and Deputy Director General of the Human Resource Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In February 2024, he was appointed as the Party Secretary of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design.
