Ms. ZHAN Xuehong previously served as Deputy Chief Planner of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design (CAUPD), with the title of Professorate Senior Urban Planner. She is a Certified Urban Planner, having graduated from Tongji University with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Ms. ZHAN holds various positions within the Jiu San Society, as the Deputy Director of Municipal Culture Committee, a member of Women’s Working Committee and the Chair of Society Branch at the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development(MoHURD). Throughout her career, Ms. ZHAN has led and participated in close to 40 projects on urban planning, scenic area planning, landscape design, scientific research, and standards. She has presided overoverseen more than 30 projects on regional planning, urban master planning, detailed planning, urban design, scenic area planning, landscape design, scientific research, and standards. Her expertise encompasses various aspects of planning, design, scientific research, business development, project organization, technical management, and relevant system development. She has received multiple awards, including the National Outstanding Urban and Rural Planning and Design Award and China Award for Science and Technology in Construction. She has contributed to 8 monographs and published papers.
